My friend world famous frisbee player John Kirkland was in town visiting Cincinnati to play some disc golf.  He is traveling through out the south and east to check out the best disc golf courses.  He played at the Nati doubles on Sunday at Mt Airy and we played Idlewild and Lincoln Ridge today along with Turbo Tim, Kenji, Rob Johnston from Indy. Jim Shelton and myself.  He totally enjoyed what we have in the cincinnati area for disc golf.  John holds several world frisbee records for distance, mta, trc, back in the 70's and 80's.  He is a true ambassador for the game of frisbee/disc and at the age of 67 can still out throw most of us including everyone he played with the last couple of days..  You can see John throw an aerobie out of aloha stadium in hawaii at the nati face book page.  I couldn't post it here for some reason.

67? More like 47. That guy is impressive. Had fun playing doubles with him on Sunday.
