Finally we can take this course down to its knees. Starting this Saturday we will be running a random draw doubles with a cash pay out to everyone. Tee off at 12:00. $7.00 for everyone competing, $2.00 for the ace fund and $5.00 to pay out.
I wanted to have it on Sundays but we can't compete with the Bengals so this is the best we can do. I will kick in $100.00 from the Tuesday ace fund for this Saturday but not sure if I can combine both ace funds since the odds are a lot higher on saturdays for the ace to be hit. Also starting on Saturday a seperate $1.00 fund for the doubles course record. Anyone interested puts in $1.00 before the drawing of partners and the best score by November 27 gets the pot. The best score is split between the partners that shot the best round. Meet at the "Nati" pro shop.

I didn't notice that Chad had posted the same event. I thought he forgot. Tee off time will be 12:00. I will make it a weekly event unless there is a local tournament or course challenge. Can't compete with the bengals on Sunday either.

Count me in Fred. My firend Chris and I talked about about shooting Airy tommorow before 1:00, so theres a good chance he will play also.

During the first round of doubles this past week one of the people in my group (Sorry I forget your name) was taking videos of us teeing off. He said we could view it on his Facebook page. Well....that's gonna be kinda difficult for me since my old brain can't remember his name to send him a friend invite. :) The second round of doubles I played with Rob, Tony, Dave and Joe (I remember their names). Can any of you help me find this tattooed dude with the cool video? I've never seen myself throw a disc and would like to see how stupid I look.
BTW, I had a blast playing Mt Airy Saturday.

This Saturday doubles will be at Idlewild starting at noon. Idlewild not Idlemild, all ob rules apply with a additional mando through the Y tree on #11. Bring your A game.

#3 and #4 are in the extreme long placements and will be there for the weekend. This may be the only chance to play them in that position this year. Joe Hanes will have the ob rules for the saturday doubles.

Doubles will be at Mt Airy on Saturday. We will start rotating to the Fab Four, Mt Airy, Idlewild, Lincoln Ridge and AJ Jolly, starting this week. Ace fund is over $450 but capped at $200.00 for the time being. Come get you some.

Saturday Oct 16 Doubles will be at Idlewild again and next week(Oct 23) will be at AJ Jolly. Lots of ace opportunities there.
