Yes, it's that time of year again. The GCFDA and Disc 'n Dat will be hosting the 2014 Ice Bowl Krazy Series again this year. So go ahead and pencil in the following dates:

IB14color_square6x6x72

January 11 - Boone Woods
January 25 - Harbin Park
February 8 - AJ Jolly
February 22 - Lincoln Ridge

We will once again be raising money for Fairhaven Rescue Mission. I'm setting a goal of $4000. Let's see if we can get that one this year. I'll have the website and more information up shortly.

Cool, updating CCS/schedule thread.

Reminder to all: The club is continuing it`s player matching donation where we give $1 for each player at each event so the more that come out the more we donate.

I've had some computer issues this week so I hope to have the information and registration up early next week. It's pretty much the same as past years.

Got the Registration page up for the Ice Bowls. You can register for them one at a time or if you want to sign up for all four at once, you can save $7. 4th event at Lincoln Ridge is scheduled to be an X-C Tier event and will not have mulligans.  NOTE:  If you do sign up for all four and have to miss one, there are no refunds - the $ will go to Fairhaven Rescue Mission. Also, the individual entries don't include the 6 mulligans. You purchase them individually also. But if you're signing up for all four at once, this fee includes all mulligans for the first three events. Entry fees for each event include $5 donation to Fairhaven, $1 Ace Fund and $2 Series fee. We'll crown an Ice Bowl Krazy Series Champion at the end. You must play in all four to be eligible for the Series Championship.

Don't want to speak for Dan, but last year it was "Signup is by 9:30 tee at 10:00". Likely no change.

...but pre-registering online is HIGHLY encouraged!

Any unusual PDGA format is designated X. Some experimental and PDGA doubles tournaments are that way. :-) Exhibition is what the X stands for, I believe.

Just a note when registering - if you want the optional 6 Mulligans at $1 each, you must click on the Mulligan Purchase icon - they are not included in the entry. Just an FYI - most people do get the 6 mulligans.

Hey Dan,
... "from the deaf, dumb and blind kid here"
When did you change your name to Tommy? Or is 'Pinball Wizard' just a description of somebody's woods game? Sometimes I resemble that remark.

Maybe just a description of my game period. But anyways...

I'm working with a new version of the website and have had a little trouble getting it all together. I finally have it so you can purchase your entry with or without mulligans. It's a pull-down menu with 6 Mulligans or with No Mulligans. If for some reason you miss it or forget to purchase the Mulligans you can still do that with a separate option. Thanks for bearing with me.

I will be having the raffle again for a Discatcher Sport with the profits going to Fairhaven. Nice way to get yourself a nice new practice basket. Ask around and you'll find a few winners.
