Hey all, HB just activated the page for registration, CFR discs, including a pre-release of the new Tern, opportunities for hole sponsorship, tables, etc, at http://www.bluegrassdiscgolf.org/BowlingGreen.html(I'm going as a Rec player, for those who were worried about competing against my prodigious skills ;) )

^^^ you really should consider it. Troy convinced me last year to go (my first time), and I thought it was amazing. The players' pack (usually 6 discs, a meal ticket, and lots of other goodies), the Flymart, the extra events, and just the experience alone (620+ disc golfers!!) are well worth the price of admission for us relative noobs. Met a guy and made a friend there who hit an ace on Saturday, and shared the $1000 ace pool that's included by the sponsors. In fact, they thought there had only been ten aces when they split the pot. Turned out his was the eleventh, so the sponsor just kicked in an extra $100 for him! I know you'd have an awesome time, brutalbrutus!!

Plan on making this trip also. But would like to split the trip with a few or couple others. If interested let me know.

Went last year, did not play well, but, had fun anyway meeting some cool peeps. If I play 2013, I am hoping they improve on the BGTC course. That course was is a jungle off some of the fairways and saw a couple older guys having to retrieve disc from the ankle breaking rock pile on one of the holes. Enjoyed playing the other courses Hobson, Keriakies, and Phil Moore. Bowling Green is a disc golfers paradise during this tournament. Should be on any disc golfers bucket list if you live within a reasonable distance.

They do better than that - they will refund your entry, no questions asked, up until the tournament starts.

Me and Greg are staying at the Hampton Inn. Seemed like a good location. Having never been there, I guess we'll find out. Can't wait.
