I just want to thank all those people that helped out in any way and made this a great event. We had 119 players show up to enjoy 22 holes in a beautiful park. I will have scores up later tonight or early Monday morning, I have most of it ready but will be out at Goshen working on the Osage Grove Course till later this evening. All those people that have never had a PDGA membership should check out the link in the previous posts about the Supporting Memberships for the PDGA. More to come soon and if everything goes according to plans we will be playing the next CCS (August 25th) at the newly constructed Goshen Course "Osage Grove DGC". Think of it as a smaller version of Idlewild with very defined fairways and very punishing rough, at least for the first 5 or more years. Definitely worth the drive to check it out and help us clean it up.

Great tourney! Thanks to all who made it happen. And to Gabe for rescuing my roadrunner and valkyrie--best $2 I've spent in a while!

We have decided to swap venues for the next 2 CCS events, Next month will be AJ Jolly on the 25th(as long as the date is ok with the Parks), and Goshen's CCS will then be on September 29th. It's the right choice to make to allow us to prepare the course for play, also allow players to see it way before the event. Keep an eye out for posting of Parks approvals and final go soon.
We will hold a special grand opening for all those that have been involved in helping construct the course, so here is your chance to pitch in and help us push through to the finish and get the rare opportunity and privilege of being the first players to play the course.

PDGA Tournament info form has been submitted for the Rapid Run event, watch for "Official Results" in the next 2 weeks or so. Just missed the cut off for this update due to it being on Sunday after the event, I was busy out working at Goshen all day.:)
Please help spread the word of the change of dates: August 25th at AJ Jolly, September 29th at Goshen.
www.pdga.com/supporting For all those Non PDGA members, please follow this link to info and forms so you can get your PDGA number, Mini with number, and rules book. You must fill this our yourself in order to take advantage. Thanks for coming and hope to see you at our next event.

I am unsure about the AJ Jolly Park entrance or parking fee, I hear its like $5, but is that per car or per person? The shelter we use over by hole 8 is on a first come first served basis but everyone has to cover the parking fee. Will have more details soon.

The fee is per car. If you turn right just before the gate entrance, you can park back by the boat dock for free. There is room for probably 30 or 40 cars there, depending on how many fisherman are parked. It is right behind #1 basket. I would advise just paying the $5. The park doesn't get alot of traffic and it would show them the disc golf community is willing to support the facilities.

AJ Jolly CCS this Saturday, good luck to everyone, I will be out at Goshen working on the course if anyone that isn't playing wants to join me.
Next month the CCS will be at Goshen's new course "Osage Grove DGC" which we still need tons of help to get it ready in time. Octobers CCS at Mt.Airy will be our second PDGA C-Tier for the series, due to our insurance needs for Cincinnati Parks. So basically the same way we ran the Rapid Run CCS.

Just a reminder, Saturday is the CC at A.J. Jolly. We will be at the shelter between holes 8 & 9. If you want to park by the shelter it will cost $5 to park there. There is free parking by hole 1 & 2. Please, make sure that you do not park on the grass. The weather looks to be good, so I look forward to seeing everyone out at A.J..
